We've received your new design request and order.

We'll create your design and email you a proof to review.

You can request additional changes, or approve the design for print.

REORDERS

We've received your reorder for an existing design.

If you need changes, we'll update and send a new proof to review.

You can request additional changes, or approve the design for print.

*Note: For reorders, if you already approved your existing design on the order form, there's no 2nd approval, and we'll queue your cards to print right away. If we have any questions, we'll email you.

Design/Print/Ship Turnaround Times

Our regular business hours are Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. MST.

Design Turnaround:

If we receive your design during business hours, before 2:00 p.m. MST, we'll email your proof the same day. If we receive it after 2:00 p.m. MST, or after hours, we'll email your proof on the next business day.

Approval Turnaround:

If your order is approved during business hours, before 3:00 p.m. MST, we’ll queue your cards to print the same day. If your order is approved during business hours, after 3:00 p.m. MST, or after hours, your cards will be queued to print on the next business day.

Print/Ship Turnaround:

16 pt cards take about 4-6 business days (printing=2-4 days; shipping=1-6 business days)

All other premium cards take about 6-8 business days (printing=4-6 days; shipping=1-6 business days)
